Shipping Policy
How It Works
Upon placing an order, we process them in the order they are received. Our goal is to ship all orders within 1-2 business days (excludes holidays). This policy may be delayed during peak shopping times and may delay your order 1-5 business days from being shipped. If the order is on back order there will be a delay in your purchase, and you will be contacted by a representative if your item becomes no longer available and an immediate refund will be given.
Orders are primarily shipped with USPS. Large orders may require insurance and delivery signature. We do not ship outside of the United States nor do we ship to Mississippi, Idaho and North Dakota.
Anticipated Delivery Time
All United States customers can expect packages to arrive within 7 to 10 business days. We will not ship to a PO Box a street address must be provided.
Damage During Shipping
We take customer satisfaction very seriously. We thoroughly inspect all our shipments however we understand that during the transport process packages are subject to damage. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 72hrs. Please contact us directly and provide information about the damage so we can rectify the situation.
